Vegan Pizookie
- 1 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup vegan butter
- 1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup dairy free milk
- 1/8 Cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4+ Cup maple syrup
- 1/4 Cup dairy free milk
Pizookie
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix vegan butter, brown sugar, sugar, dairy free milk & vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder & salt to the mix. Stir until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips, cover & refrigerate for 30min.
- Scoop cookie dough into ramekin . Press dough into the dish tightly & place into oven for 20min until the top is golden brown.
- Allow cookie to cool for 5min. Scoop ice cream on top & drizzle dark chocolate sauce.
Dark Chocolate Sauce
- Heat all ingredients in a small pot on low heat until melted, stirring continuously. If sauce is too thick, add more milk. Add more syrup to taste.
