Vegan Pizookie

  • 1 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 Cup dairy free milk
  • 1/8 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

Dark Chocolate Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4+ Cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup dairy free milk

 

 

Pizookie

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix vegan butter, brown sugar, sugar, dairy free milk & vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  3. Add flour, baking powder & salt to the mix. Stir until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, cover & refrigerate for 30min.
  5. Scoop cookie dough into ramekin . Press dough into the dish tightly & place into oven for 20min until the top is golden brown.
  6. Allow cookie to cool for 5min. Scoop ice cream on top & drizzle dark chocolate sauce.

 

Dark Chocolate Sauce

  1. Heat all ingredients in a small pot on low heat until melted, stirring continuously. If sauce is too thick, add more milk. Add more syrup to taste.
